Cold reset LaserJet 9000 MFP

To perform a Cold Reset on the HP LaserJet 9000mfp follow the below steps:
1. Turn the off the device.
2. Turn the device on and immediately hold down the 6 button on the control-panel keypad as soon as the control-panel display backlight illuminates.
3. Continue to hold down the 6 button until all three control-panel LEDs remain illuminated.
CAUTION: The LED’s will flash initially. Do not release the 6 key until all LED’s are solidly lit.
4. Release the 6 button.
5. Use the 3 button or the 9 button to scroll to Cold Reset function.
6. Press the 6 button to select Cold Reset
The printer boot sequence is complete when READY appears on the control-panel display.
